Established in 2017, Cezeri High School is Türkiye’s pioneering institution dedicated to renewable energy education, seamlessly integrating renewable energy systems into its curriculum.
Students at Cezeri High School engage with real-world energy systems and are encouraged to analyze energy data, which equips them with practical skills in reducing carbon emissions and enhancing energy efficiency. A core aspect of their educational program is promoting zero-waste practices, reflecting a strong commitment to environmental stewardship. One of the school’s flagship initiatives, the Energy Detectives Project, extends this educational outreach by teaching middle school students about the importance of carbon footprints, energy conservation, and waste reduction.
