ORLANDO, Florida – Marriott Vacations Worldwide is making a major move in Asia Pacific, announcing new resort openings and expanded operations to meet growing demand for vacation ownership.
The Marriott Vacation Club, Khao Lak Beach Resort opens August 28, 2025, offering 52 two-bedroom apartments designed with Southern Thai flair and eco-conscious features. Guests will also enjoy access to the JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort & Spa next door.
In Bali, the company is adding 32 new units and launching Marriott’s Enclave at Bali Nusa Dua Terrace—an upscale collection with private pools and full kitchens. Marriott is also boosting its Shanghai marketing call center, expanding the team from 80 to 125 to better serve regional travelers.
