Solustiq Innovates as Turkey’s Pioneer Vertical AI for Global Travel

Date:

Solustiq, a software and artificial intelligence company based in Turkey, has strategically positioned itself as the country’s first vertical AI enterprise for the global travel and tourism industry. Operating out of Edirne with additional offices in Istanbul and Dubai, Solustiq is focused on building an AI infrastructure layer that the travel sector, a $11 trillion contributor to global GDP, has long lacked. Despite its economic significance, the travel industry has remained technologically underdeveloped. While AI copilots and generic models capture widespread attention, Solustiq is part of a growing wave of “vertical AI” companies creating specialized AI solutions tailored for specific industries.

“The travel industry is in need of AI systems that comprehend GDS frameworks, hotel inventory APIs, and specific regulatory guidelines like TURSAB,” stated Alper Tekin, Founder and CEO of Solustiq. “We are filling that critical gap.” The company distinguishes itself by using a portfolio strategy rather than a single-product approach. Solustiq offers a suite of AI-native products, each targeting different aspects of the travel technology stack. These include DataGreat, an AI market intelligence platform with over 38 specialized modules, and SkilledAgents, a no-code platform enabling travel agencies to build AI agents for various purposes. Other offerings include VibePy, an AI code generation tool, and Vuln0x, a platform for autonomous AI penetration testing.

Each of these products addresses specific challenges in the travel value chain, sharing a foundation of domain-specific training data and vertical-aware workflows. The platforms integrate seamlessly with industry-standard protocols such as OCTO and hotel API specifications from Hotelbeds and RateHawk. Importantly, Solustiq is not merely theoretical in its approach. Its sister company, Safaryar Holidays, a TURSAB-licensed B2B hotel wholesaler, serves as both a client and a testing ground for Solustiq’s solutions. This relationship provides invaluable real-world feedback, speeding up development cycles that would otherwise take years.

Tekin identifies three key factors that make 2026 a pivotal year for vertical AI in travel. First, AI-native infrastructure providers are emerging as credible challengers to legacy GDS systems like Amadeus, Sabre, and Travelport. Second, the economics of “build vs. buy” are shifting, allowing smaller travel agencies access to AI capabilities at affordable SaaS price points. Finally, regulatory changes in the EU and Turkey, including Turkey’s Cybersecurity Law 7545, are prompting necessary modernizations that legacy systems cannot meet. “We’re not just introducing AI to the travel industry,” Tekin emphasized. “We’re offering a choice between AI built by industry insiders and generic AI from outsiders, making for an easier decision-making process.”

Solustiq (Solustiq Yazılım ve Yapay Zeka Teknolojileri A.Ş.) is headquartered in Edirne, Turkey, and operates under the leadership of founder Alper Tekin. The company runs a range of products, including DataGreat, SkilledAgents, VibePy, and Vuln0x, aiming to transform the global travel and tourism sector through advanced AI solutions. The company also manages over 90 travel-related domains, leveraging them as channels for AI-generated travel intelligence.
