Türkiye Proposes Tech-Driven Renewal of Istanbul Peace Talks for Russia-Ukraine

Türkiye has renewed its call for the resumption of peace talks between Russia and Ukraine, advocating for the Istanbul negotiation format as the most effective framework to achieve diplomatic solutions. The Turkish government has expressed its readiness to host new rounds of negotiations, emphasizing its commitment to facilitating dialogue aimed at resolving the ongoing conflict.

Ankara views the Istanbul framework, which has previously been utilized for direct negotiations between the conflicting parties, as a practical foundation for continuing peace efforts.
