GPT-Live’s full-duplex architecture allows it to engage in real-time dialogue, employing natural acknowledgments like “mhmm” or “yeah” to facilitate smoother and quicker exchanges without the traditional pauses that often punctuate AI interactions.

In scenarios requiring more intricate processing, such as web searches or complex reasoning, GPT-Live demonstrates its versatility by seamlessly transitioning the task to a more robust AI model in the background, all while maintaining the conversation with users.
