Türkiye has demonstrated the readiness and coordination of its military forces during the “Unity’s Strength-2026” exercise hosted by Azerbaijan in Nakhchivan. This joint military drill, which runs from September 21 to October 1, involves personnel from Türkiye, Azerbaijan, and Uzbekistan, focusing on enhancing joint operational capabilities and strengthening coordination among the participating nations.
The exercise aims to improve the ability of the armed forces to respond to hybrid threats through a series of joint training sessions and operational scenarios. These drills are designed to boost interoperability among the participating forces, reinforcing their capability to undertake complex military operations together.
Representatives from Türkiye’s General Staff, Land Forces, Naval Forces, and Air Forces Commands took part in the exercise. During the drills, the forces engaged in operations that successfully targeted and neutralized designated threats, showcasing their operational readiness and effectiveness.
